Gloucester Royal Hospital ERCP redevelopment project

Following a thorough tender and validation process involving clinical teams' operational insights, Apleona was awarded the ERCP (endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography) redevelopment project at Gloucester Royal Hospital.
The project entailed combining an existing theatre and three rooms to install a Siemens Artis Zee Multi-Purpose System, with the aim to enhance departmental workflow through rapid imaging and advanced post-processing, providing new services previously unavailable at Gloucester Royal Hospital.
Apleona managed all aspects, including budget and programme forecasting, architectural, electrical, and mechanical design, as well as ensuring operational clinical temperatures (AHU) met stringent requirements. This demonstrates our comprehensive approach and commitment to improving patient care.
